高效气浮装置处理延迟焦化含油污水

Efficient Air-floating Equipment for Delay-coking Oily Wastewater Treatment

摘要: 炼油厂延迟焦化装置含油污水含大量的油、硫化物及含氮、氧的杂环化合物等,是一种 预处理难度较大的炼油污水。通过研发一体式微纳米气泡气浮除油技术,采用新型高效气浮装置处理 某石化延迟焦化装置高浓度含油废水。工业应用结果表明:处理前污水中油含量、COD 及硫化物含量 分别在47 375,82 648和5 100 mg/L,处理后分别降至180,2 000 和300 mg/L以下,出水水质优于技术 协议要求,可作为焦化冷焦水回用;产生的浮渣送焦炭塔回炼,不会对工艺产生影响,确保了污水厂 的稳定运行和达标排放,提高了炼厂及周边的空气质量。

Abstract: Oily wastewater in refinery delayed coking unit contains a large amount of oil, sulfide and heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen and oxygen and so forth. It is a kind of refinery wastewater that is difficult to pretreat. Through the development of an integrated micro-nano bubble air flotation technology for oil removal, a new efficient air flotation equipment was adopted to treat the high concentration oily wastewater in a petrochemical delayed coking unit. The industrial application results indicate that the oil, COD and sulfide in wastewater could be reduced to less than 180mg/ L, 2000mg/L, 300mg/L respectively, while the initial contents were 47375mg/L, 82648mg/L and 5100mg/L. The treated wastewater quality was better than the requirements of technical agreement and could be used as cold water in delayed coking unit. There was no effect on the process when the generated scum was sent back to the coke tower. The device operation has ensured the stable operation and wastewater discharging standard of the sewage plant, which could improve the air quality of the refinery and its surrounding.
