优化石化污水处理提标装置药剂投加分析

Optimization of Reagent Dosing in Upgrading Plant for Petrochemical Wastewater Treatment

摘要: 针对某石化污水提标装置中使用的乙酸钠和聚合氯化铝投加量较高的问题展开分析,通 过理论计算及现场实际调研,将乙酸钠投加量的BOD5 :TN 的比值由最初的5~6 降低至4,聚合氯化 铝的使用量根据进水总磷及外排总磷的数值及时调整。在保证外排达标的前提下,将乙酸钠的投加量 由最初的0.39 kg/t 降至0.33 kg/t,聚合氯化铝的投加量由最初的0.3 kg/t 降至0.06 kg/t,有效降低了药剂 投加量。

Abstract: This paper analyzes problem of high dosage of sodium acetate and polymeric aluminum chloride used in a petrochemical wastewater upgrading device. Through theoretical calculation and field investigation, the ratio of BOD5: TN of sodium acetate dosage was reduced from 5 ~ 6 to 4, and the dosage of polyaluminum chloride was adjusted in time according to the value of total phosphorus in influent and discharged. On the premise of meeting the discharge standard, the dosage of sodium acetate was reduced from the initial 0.39kg/t to 0.33kg/t, and the dosage of polyaluminum chloride was reduced from the initial 0.3kg/t to 0.06kg/t, which reduced the dosage effectively.
