高效生物絮凝剂在烯烃污水中的应用研究

On Application of High Efficiency Bio-flocculant in Olefin Wastewater

摘要: 通过对某石化污水处理厂烯烃污水处理装置的出水水质展开系统分析,针对出水悬浮物 较高的情况开展了投加高效絮凝剂的生产性试验。当高效絮凝剂投加量为20 mg/L 时,出水悬浮物明显 降低,出水浊度由之前的均值8.3 NTU 降至3.3 NTU,出水浊度明显降低。投用该药剂后,COD、总磷 等指标无明显变化,说明该种药剂对污水系统没有较明显影响。

Abstract: A systematic analysis of the effluent quality of an olefins wastewater treatment plant was carried out, and a production test with high efficiency flocculant was conducted for the high suspended solids in the effluent. When the dosage of high efficiency flocculant was 20 mg/L, the suspended solids in the effluent was reduced obviously; the turbidity of the effluent decreased from the previous average value of 8.3 NTU to 3.3 NTU, and the turbidity of the effluent was reduced greatly. There was no apparent change in COD, total phosphorus and other indexes after the application of this agent, indicating that this agent did not have obvious effects on the wastewater system.
