卡琳娜低温热水发电装置氨泄漏事故扩散模拟 及危害评估

摘要: 某炼化芳烃联合装置低温余热回收装置首次采用卡琳娜低温余热发电机组,以利用主装 置的低温余热。卡琳娜循环采用高毒氨作为循环工质,以低温余热发电系统氨循环流程为主线,基于 高斯烟羽扩散模型,采用MATLAB 软件,分别模拟计算氨循环在低压和高压2 个区域发生泄漏时氨泄 漏后的浓度分布,计算出氨泄漏下风向时的人员中毒危害区域,模拟氨泄漏后的安全区、轻伤区、重 伤区、死亡区的距离,并为事故提供参考应急响应措施。

Abstract: Petrochemical industry produces a lot of waste heat with low utilization efficiency. The waste heat recovery unit of an aromatics complex plant adopted Kalina low temperature waste heat generator set for the first time which used the low temperature waste heat from the main unit. The Kalina cycle uses high toxic ammonia as circulating working fluid and takes the ammonia cycle process of low temperature waste heat power generation system as the main line. Based on Gaussian smoke plume diffusion model, MATLAB is adopted to simulate and calculate the leakage of low pressure and high pressure in ammonia cycle and analyzes the concentration distribution after ammonia leakage. The paper calculates the personnel poisoning hazard area in the downwind direction of ammonia leakage and simulates the distance between safe area, slight wound area, severe injury area and dead area after ammonia leakage. These provide reference for emergency response measures that can be taken for correct handling of accidents.
