摘要: 芳烃联合装置中低温热源较多,但大多没有进行有效回收。其中一个原因是无论是用于 发生低压蒸汽还是热水回收,如果采用常规的单管板式管壳式换热器,一旦管板和换热管之间的连接 接头发生泄漏,泄漏的水分可能导致昂贵的催化剂和吸附剂失效,这将对芳烃联合系统造成极大的危 害。双管板式管壳式换热器的应用提供了一种有效、可靠的选择。在特定的工况下,仅需增加较低的 费用,采取有效的措施,即可规避泄漏风险,达到预期效果。

Abstract: There are many low-temperature heat sources in aromatic complex, but most of the heat is not recovered effectively. One of the reasons is that whether low-pressure steam or hot water recovery occurs, if a conventional single tube sheet shell and tube exchanger is adopted, the leakage of water may lead to the failure of expensive catalysts and adsorbents once the joint between the tube sheet and the heat exchange tube leaks, which will cause great harm to aromatic complex system. The application of double tube sheet shell and tube exchanger provides an effective and reliable choice.
