摘要: 为应对目前化工行业互联网技术在安全生产应用中的局限性、风险预测的不精确性以及缺乏通用经验借鉴等问题,深入探讨了化工互联网技术在赋能安全生产方面的基本原理与关键技术,并对化工互联网在高风险行业安全生产中的实际应用效果进行了详细梳理。借助数字化和智能化手段转变传统安全生产管理模式,有助于推动安全生产由静态转向动态,从而提高化工生产的本质安全性;将发展与安全的理念整合到化工行业的核心竞争力中,有助于推动化工产业的现代化、加速建设制造业强国、网络强国以及数字化中国。

Abstract: To address the current limitations of internet technologies in the application of work safety within the chemical industry, the inaccuracy of risk prediction and the lack of universally applicable experience, this study delves into the fundamental principles and key technologies of chemical industry internet technologies in empowering work safety. Additionally, it provides a comprehensive review of the practical application effectiveness of chemical industry internet for work safety management in high-risk industries. Transforming traditional work safety management models through digital and intelligent means can facilitate the transition from static to dynamic safety management, thereby enhancing the intrinsic safety of chemical production. ?Integrating the concepts of development and safety into the core competitiveness of the chemical industry will help propel its modernization, accelerate the construction of a manufacturing powerhouse, a cyberpower and a digital China.
