含硫油井高效安全环保治理技术研究

Research on Efficient, Safe and Environmental Protection Treatment Technology for Sulfur-containing Oil Wells

摘要: 针对三嗪脱硫剂在含硫化氢油井治理中存在的硫容低、耐温性差、易结垢等问题,研发了新型 DS 脱硫剂体系。该体系硫容更高、耐温性更好、抗结垢能力更强,可降低治硫成本约 30%。配套开发了套管滴加、井底注入等 4 种工艺,其中井口催化氧化脱硫效率达 95% 以上。目前已应用超800 井次,井口硫化氢稳定控制在 20mg/m3 以下,保障了作业安全与绿色环保开发。

Abstract: Aiming at the issues of low sulfur capacity, poor temperature resistance and scaling tendency of triazine desulphurizer in the treatment of sour oil wells, a novel DS desulphurizer system has been developed. This system exhibits higher sulfur capacity, better temperature resistance and stronger anti-scaling properties, which can reduce desulfurization costs by approximately 30%. Four hydrogen sulfide treatment processes including casing drip addition and downhole injection were developed in parallel. Catalytic oxidation desulfurization at the wellhead achieved an efficiency of over 95%. To date, it has been applied in over 800 well applications and the wellhead hydrogen sulfide content has been stably controlled below 20 mg/m3 (below the national standard limit). This has ensured operational safety and environmentally friendly development.
