On Treatment of Carbon Dioxide Emissions from Ethylene Oxide/ Glycol Plant

摘要: 针对环氧乙烷乙二醇装置二氧化碳排放气中非甲烷总烃含量和环氧乙烷含量超过新的国 家标准的问题,提出了几种处理方案,并对几种方案进行了比较。结合环氧乙烷乙二醇装置的实际, 最终决定选用投资少、能耗低、占地面积小的催化氧治理方案。经过实际运行证明,方案可行,对处 理同类尾气具有借鉴意义。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of non-methane total hydrocarbon content and the ethylene oxide content in the carbon dioxide emission gas of the ethylene oxide/ glycol plant exceeding the new national standard, several solutions were proposed and compared. Combining with the actual situation of the ethylene oxide/ glycol plant, the catalytic oxygen treatment scheme with low investment, low energy consumption and small floor space was finally selected. This paper elaborated on the scheme. After actual operation, the scheme was proved to be feasible, and it is of reference significance for treating the same tail gas.
