摘要: 十二五以来,我国大力推动各行业高质量、高效率发展,中国石化积极响应国家号召, 践行绿色低碳发展战略,将节能降碳列为绿色企业创建的重要工作之一。近年来,贵州石油赶上区域 经济快速发展时期,伴随着成品油经营规模不断扩大,也带来能源消耗的上涨。如何提高能源利用效 率,实现节能降碳工作目标,已成为企业绿色健康发展的关键。梳理了企业碳排放现状,分析了主要 碳排放源及碳排放场所,针对性地提出了重点节能降碳管理措施,并提供了一些前沿思考。

Abstract: Since the 12th five-year plan period, China has vigorously promoted the high-quality and efficient development of various industries, Sinopec Group has actively responded to the national call, adhered to green and low-carbon development strategy, and regarded energy conservation and carbon reduction as one of the important tasks for the establishment of green enterprises. In recent years, Guizhou Petroleum Branch has caught up with the rapid development of regional economy, energy consumption has risen with the continuous expansion of refined oil business scale. How to improve the efficiency of energy utilization and achieve the goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction has become the key to the green and healthy development of the enterprise. In this paper, the current situation of enterprise carbon emission is sorted out, the main carbon emission sources and carbon emission sites are analyzed. The key targeted management measures for energy conservation and carbon reduction are put forward and some cutting-edge thinking is provided.
