摘要: 随着原油重质化、劣质化程度不断提高,延迟焦化装置原料品质也在相应下降,原料中 的盐含量日益增加,在生产运行过程中会造成焦化分馏塔上部塔盘、顶循系统结盐,导致焦化分馏塔 出现塔盘效率降低、侧线产品馏程重叠、冷却器管束腐蚀泄漏、顶循泵抽空等问题,影响装置的正常 安全运行。结合生产实际问题对焦化分馏塔顶循结盐的原因进行分析,提出了几种处理方法,尤其对 新增顶循除盐装置的应用情况进行了详细分析,提出下一步解决措施。

Abstract: As the crude oil becomes heavier and worse in quality, the quality of raw materials in delayed coking unit decreases correspondingly and the salt content in raw materials increases day by day. Salt deposits in the upper tray and top circulation system of coking fractionator occur during production and operation, resulting in such problems as lower tray efficiency of coking fractionators, overlapping distillation range of side products, corrosion leakage of cooler tube bundle, top circulation pump evacuation and so on. These problems affect the normal and safe operation of the device. In this paper, the causes of salt deposition on top of coking fractionator are analyzed in combination with practical production problems, and several treatment methods are put forward, especially the application of new top-circulating-oil desalination facility is analyzed in detail, and the following solutions are proposed.
