压裂返排液电絮凝处理工艺风险分析与控制措施

摘要: 电絮凝技术集氧化、还原、絮凝以及气浮4 种作用于一体,去除返排液中的悬浮物、石 油类效果明显,也可去除部分COD 等。利用该技术处理压裂返排液,具有固废产量少、二次污染小, 利于后期重配液等优点。但压裂返排液电絮凝处理的工业化应用并不多,存在有毒有害及可燃气体聚 集、漏电、环境污染等风险。针对电絮凝处理返排液工艺流程中的3 个关键风险点,逐一进行了分析 与评估,提出控制措施,从技术和管理两方面进行规范,为该技术的安全实施奠定基础。

Abstract: The electroflocculation technology integrates four kinds of functions covering oxidation, reduction, flocculation and air flotation into one. And its effects of removing suspended solids and petroleum in the fracturing flow back are obvious, and it can also remove some COD. The use of this technology to treat the fracturing flow back liquid has the advantages of less solid waste production, less secondary pollution, and is beneficial to reuse in the later stage. However, there are not many industrial applications of fracturing flow back liquid treatment by electroflocculation, and there exist such risks as toxic and harmful, flammable gas accumulation, electric leakage and environmental pollution. In this paper, three key risk points in the process of fracturing flow back liquid treatment by electroflocculation are analyzed and evaluated one by one. Control measures are proposed to standardize the technology and management, which lays the foundation for the safe implementation of the technology.
