长庆油田C 致密油层采出水水质特性分析

摘要: 长庆油田C 致密油层为近年来新开发油层,为充分了解该层开发过程中产生的油田采出 水的水质特点,通过多次现场取样、实验室分析检测,结合Scalechem 化学分析软件对水质结垢趋势的 模拟,明确长庆油田C 致密油层采出水的水质类型、离子含量、结垢趋势及最大理论结垢量。同时分 析运行温度、压力、pH 值等工艺参数对采出水结垢趋势的影响,为后续采出水处理及回注工艺的确定 与优化提供基础依据。

Abstract: C tight oil reservoir of Changqing Oilfield is newly developed in recent years. In order to fully understand the quality characteristics of produced water from the oilfield during the exploration of the C tight oil reservoir, the water quality type, ion content, scaling trend and maximum theoretical scaling amount of the produced water from C tight oil reservoir in Changqing Oilfield are determined through on-site sampling, laboratory analysis and testing many times and combining with Scalechem chemical analysis software to simulate the scaling trend of water quality. Meanwhile, the impacts of operating temperature, pressure, pH value and other process parameters on the scaling trend of produced water is analyzed to provide a basic basis for the determination and optimization of subsequent produced water treatment and reinjection process.
