摘要: 介绍了中海油深圳分公司流花油田作业区“南海胜利”号FPSO 在坞修作业期间,实行 作业区域网格化安全管理,落实全员安全生产责任制,实现FPSO 坞修作业现场“横向到边、纵向到 底”的全域安全管理模式。坞修项目作业风险分级管控,有效降低了坞修项目现场动火、进入密闭空间、 高空、涂装及交叉作业风险,提高了作业效率,完成了项目安全管理目标。

Abstract: This paper introduces the realization of holistic safety management mode at“ Nan Hai Sheng Li” FPSO dock repair field of Liu Hua offshore oil operation region during its dock repair period in CNOOC Shenzhen Limited Company through implementing gridding safety mode in operation region and safety production responsibility system for all employees. The grading control of operation risks in dock repair project has effectively reduced the operation risks of on-site fire work, risks when entering confined spaces, risks at high-altitude work, painting work and cross-operation of dock repair projects, improved the operation efficiency, and achieved the project safety management goals.
