Abstract: This paper summarizes and analyzes the common problems in the safety management process of enterprises. It analyzes the relationship between safety accidents, safety knowledge and safety ability of employees. It also explores the relationship between safety management and safety knowledge requirement of grass-roots staff, management personnel and leaders. This paper introduces the ways and methods to ensure the scientificity, pertinence and operability of safety management of enterprises. Moreover, it introduces the experience in popularizing safety knowledge and improving safety performance in enterprises.
