摘要: 在环保和对原水综合利用的大环境下,除盐水制水水源日益复杂,锅炉补给水TOCi 含量高且不稳定的问题频繁出现。在原有的炉水加药方案已不能满足高TOCi 锅炉补给水的情况下对炉水校正处理,将危及机炉的安全运行。旨在找出适合高TOCi 锅炉补给水的炉水校正方案,解决高TOCi 锅炉补给水对机炉安全运行的影响。

Abstract: In the environment of environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of raw water, the water source of demineralized water is becoming more and more complicated. Problems of high TOCi content and instability of boiler feed water occur frequently. The original furnace water dosing solution can no longer meet the boiler feed water with high TOCi content and the furnace water correction treatment in such case jeopardizes the safe operation of the furnace. This paper aims to find a furnace water correction scheme suitable for boiler feed water with high TOCi content so as to eliminate the impacts of boiler feed water with high TOCi content on the safe operation of the furnace.
