摘要: 主要研究了油田生产水中Ca2+ 含量变化对20 号钢腐蚀行为的影响。利用高温高压腐蚀模拟实验,研究20 号钢在不同工况下的腐蚀规律。利用OLI 水化学分析软件计算了不同Ca2+ 含量对结垢风险变化的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、XRD 和三维形貌观察等方法,分析了20 号钢表面腐蚀产物的形貌和成分。结果表明:当Ca2+ 含量小于1 000 mg/L 时,20 号钢无结垢的风险,试样表面以全面腐蚀为主;当Ca2+ 含量超过1 000 mg/L 后,20 号钢的结垢量逐渐增大,垢层的主要成分为CaCO3,在垢层下形成的局部腐蚀有合并变大的趋势。

Abstract: This paper mainly studies the effects of Ca2+ content on corrosion behavior of 20# steel in oilfield production water. High temperature and high pressure corrosion simulation experiments are used to study the corrosion law of 20# steel under different working conditions. OLI hydrochemical analysis software is used to calculate the effects of different Ca2+ contents on scaling risk. Such methods as SEM, XRD and 3D morphology observation are used to analyze the morphology and composition of corrosion products on the surface of 20# steel. The results show that when the Ca2+ content is less than 1000 mg/L, there is no scaling risk on the surface of 20# steel and the surface of the sample is mainly general corrosion; when the Ca2+ content exceeds 1000 mg/L, the scaling risk of 20# steel increases with the increasing of Ca2+ content and the main component of scaling is CaCO3. The local corrosion formed under the scale layer tends to merge and become larger.
