Abstract: Based on the“ three standardized management (standardized management, standardized site and standardized operation), this paper combines the actual situation of management, site and operation with the text requirements of system documents, visualized scheme, operation and operation rules. It matches standardized site pictures with the management terms of various projects one by one, forming the“ Picture Catalogue”. Thus various management terms can be seen easily. This“ Picture Catalogue” is convenient for staff at all levels to refer to and use. And it can promote the visualization and convenience of the system comprehensively. Meanwhile, the“ Three Standardized Management Picture Catalogue” is combined with the system management and PDCA cycle concept to check and correct the weaknesses in time and ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the safety management system.
