储罐地基不均匀沉降造成壁板应变的数值模拟 及试验验证研究

摘要: 国内外大量的储罐工程事故分析显示,储罐地基不均匀沉降是造成储罐破坏的主要原因, 不仅会造成储罐罐壁椭圆化,而且会导致上部浮盘卡阻。采用某10 万m3 原油储罐实测沉降数据,利 用傅里叶级数方法对储罐实际沉降数据进行谐波提取和曲线拟合,采用16:1 的比例设计实验罐,根据 实验罐数据建立有限元模型,考虑底板和壁板的相互作用,研究储罐壁板的应力和变形分布规律,并 与实测实验罐结果相对比,得到储罐壁板屈曲结果,可为油库相关储存企业的安全评估提供一定的指 导。

Abstract: A large number of storage tank accidents at home and abroad have shown that uneven settlement of the storage tank foundation is the main cause for the destruction of storage tanks, which will not only cause ABSTRACTS PETROCHEMICAL SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY Bimonthly. 20 Jun. 2019 Vol. 35 No. 3 ·Ⅰ· the tank wall to be oval, but also cause the upper floating plate to be blocked. The settlement data of a 100,000 m3 crude oil storage tank and the Fourier series method are used to perform harmonic extraction and curve fitting on the actual settlement data of the storage tank. The experimental tank is designed according to the ratio of 16:1. According to the experimental tank data, the finite element model is established. Taking into account the interaction between the bottom plate and the wall plate, the paper studies the stress and deformation distribution law of the tank wall plate. Compared with the measured experimental tank results, the buckling result of the tank wall plate is obtained, which can provide some guidance for the safety assessment of oil depot storage companies.
