Abstract: As the "safety gatekeeper" of modern high-risk industries, direct operation licenses play an irreplaceable role in eliminating or reducing accidents. Petroleum engineering enterprises face more high-risk operations in actual work. By continuously improving the application of operation license management in enterprises, the probability of accidents in direct operation can be effectively reduced, and it has been explored. This article provides exploratory ideas for the realization of the goals of petroleum engineering enterprises in terms of personnel qualification management, risk assessment before construction, process management, illegal behavior barrier management, risk management, etc. in the direct operation process.
