Abstract: To address issues such as different process risk analysis methods and reporting quality across operational areas and stations, multi-departmental involvement and poor communication in risk closure, difficulty in tracking closed-loop management, lack of digital tools and incomplete information transmission via paper-based documentation in long-distance pipeline design management consulting work, an integrated platform for dynamic management and control of process risks throughout the life cycle has been designed and developed. The platform includes three modules covering risk source identification and assessment, dynamic risk supervision and periodic detection and early warning. Through specific project cases, the responsible parties at the multiple stages of design, construction and operation and maintenance are integrated to achieve precise risk management and control, streamlined responsibility tracking, complete closed-loop management and intelligent maintenance and early warning. This has improved the level of project safety management and provided reference for life cycle safety management and digital transformation of oil and gas storage and transportation.
