Abstract: In order to comprehensively evaluate the current situation of safety work in the oil production management areas and explore management methods, this paper proposed the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Taking the oil production management areas as an example, a criterion layer for individuals, equipment, environment and management was established, and a comprehensive evaluation model was constructed. Through calculation, the comprehensive safety evaluation indicator score of the oil production management areas is 85.5 points. The safety risks are minimal and the overall safety work is good. The application of this method not only allows safety managers to keep abreast of the current safety situation in the oil production management areas, but also provides theoretical basis and reference for the next safety decision.
Key words: safety, comprehensive evaluation, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, evaluation indicator
