Abstract: In order to avoid the risk of oil leakage,many gas stations have started to apply epoxy resin double lining to the early buried steel storage tanks.There will be more and more such application in the future.During safety inspection,it is discovered that many risks exist in the lining application of buried tanks and there are some problems in the site management as well.If there is lack of proper control,there will be high probability of accidents.Combining with related accident cases,this paper analyzes the HSE risks during lining applicatoin.It then proposes corresponding safety control measures and emergency management plans so as to ensure the safe application of lining and meet the requirements of safety and environmental protection.
