摘要: 在矿区页岩炼油生产过程中,会产生一定量的油泥,需定期收集、清理、储存,危废处理处置是难题,为此研发了一种油泥资源化处理工艺。油泥提取页岩油工艺,在常温、常压下运行,通过把油泥的处理与处置纳入生产工艺过程中,使油泥中的页岩油从油泥中分离出来,变废为宝,增加经济效益,攻克了危废处理环节复杂、费用昂贵的难点,在油母页岩行业为创新性解决方案。工艺设备处于封闭状态运行,无有毒、有害气体产生、不会造成二次污染,满足国家环保要求,环境效益和社会效益可观。

Abstract: In the production process of shale oil refining in mining areas, a certain amount of oily sludge is produced each year, which requires regular collection, cleaning and storage. The treatment and disposal of hazardous waste is a key challenge that this project aims to overcome. The research, development, and engineering design of the process for extracting shale oil from oily sludge are carried out under normal temperature and pressure. While ensuring production safety, the process integrates the treatment and disposal of oily sludge into the production process, thereby separating shale oil from the sludge. This approach turns waste into valuable resources and increases economic benefits. It overcomes the challenges of complex procedures and high costs associated with hazardous waste treatment, representing a pioneering design in the oil shale industry. The equipment operates in a closed system, producing no toxic or hazardous gases, and complies with national environmental protection requirements. With no risk of secondary pollution, it delivers considerable environmental and social benefits.
