摘要: 超声波技术作为含油污泥处理领域的新兴手段,展现出显著潜力。本文从油泥的理化特性入手,剖析其稳定乳化结构导致的处理难点,深入阐述超声波空化效应与机械破乳的作用机理。重点探讨了超声波与表面活性剂、萃取技术及高级氧化技术的联合工艺应用,以提升油 - 水 - 固分离效率。遵循“资源化、减量化、无害化”原则,针对当前高能耗与规模化瓶颈提出优化策略,旨在强化原油回收率,推动含油污泥的高效资源回收与环境治理。

Abstract: As an emerging approach for oily sludge treatment, ultrasonic technology demonstrates significant potential. Starting from the physicochemical properties of oily sludge, this paper analyzes the challenges posed by its stable emulsified structure and elaborates in depth the action mechanisms of ultrasonic cavitation and mechanical demulsification. It focuses on the synergistic application of ultrasonic technology combined with surfactants, extraction techniques and advanced oxidation processes to enhance oil-water-solid separation efficiency. Guided by the principles of “resource recovery, reduction and harmless treatment”, this study proposes optimization strategies to address the current bottlenecks of high energy consumption and scale-up, aiming to enhance crude oil recovery efficiency and facilitate efficient resource recycling and environmental remediation of oily sludge.
