摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在绿色发展理念指导下，石油化工工程项目只有发挥工程企业咨询服务职能，落实项目业主单位主体责任，才能确保该类项目符合安全环保的基本要求，促进项目顺利投产和健康运营。内部审计部门针对石油化工工程项目依法实施安全环保风险审计，能够及时发现该类项目在建设及运营阶段的安全环境风险因素，推动项目可持续发展。基于此，着重围绕石油化工工程项目安全环保风险审计的实施目标、作用、方法等进行了分析探究。

Abstract: Guided by the green development concept, petrochemical engineering projects can only meet fundamental safety and environmental requirements and achieve smooth commissioning and sustainable operations by leveraging the consulting service functions of engineering enterprises and enforcing the primary responsibility of project owners. The internal audit department conducts safety and environmental risk audits on petrochemical engineering projects in accordance with the law, which can timely identify safety and environmental risk factors during the construction and operation stages of such projects and promote their sustainable development. Based on this, this paper focuses on analyzing and exploring the implementation goals, roles, methods of safety and environmental risk audits for petrochemical engineering projects.
