安全泄放系统限流孔板设计与应用

摘要: 限流孔板在安全泄放系统中广泛应用,针对调节阀故障工况、热膨胀工况和紧急超压泄放工况下安全限流孔板进行了相关分析或计算。通过计算分析发现,安全限流孔板能够在减少安全阀排量、降低调节阀压降、减少泄压安全风险方面发挥重要功能,实现节能减排,节约成本和降低投资的作用。

Abstract: Restriction orifices are widely adopted in safety relief systems.? Relevant analyses or calculations have been performed for safety restriction orifices under conditions of control valve failure, thermal expansion, and emergency overpressure relief. Through calculation and analysis, safety restriction orifices can play an important role in reducing safety valve discharge, lowering pressure drop in control valves, and reducing the risk of pressure relief, thereby achieving energy conservation and emission reduction, cost savings and investment reduction.
