Abstract: Safety management of overseas projects is not only related to the life and property safety of every overseas employee, but also deeply affects the economic benefits and brand image of enterprises. How to effectively manage the safety of overseas projects according to local conditions and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises overseas has become a topic worthy of consideration and exploration for overseas project management in various engineering enterprises. Based on the practical experience of overseas projects safety management, this paper discusses the effective countermeasures for strengthening the safety management of overseas projects combining with the regular safety management measures.
