摘要: 分析了海上稠油热采作业过程中的安全风险,对海上平台注热蒸汽驱热采生产过程中可 能存在的安全风险因素进行分类总结,结合预先危险性分析和风险矩阵方法对风险因素可能导致的后 果进行评估分级。该评估工作有助于推进热采作业风险辨识与隐患排查治理,该研究成果对构建海上 稠油田热采作业双重预防机制具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:  According to the safety risk analysis of offshore heavy oil thermal recovery process. The possible safety risk factors of offshore platform steam flooding thermal recovery production process are classified. The possible consequences of risk factors are assessed and graded based on preliminary hazard analysis and risk matrix method, in order to promote the risk identification and hidden danger rectification work of thermal recovery, The research results have certain guiding significance for the construction of double prevention mechanism of thermal recovery in offshore heavy oil fields.
