摘要: 长期以来,对二甲苯(PX)装置因涉及危害性较大、有毒性较高的芳烃而备受关注,发 生火灾事故造成影响也相对较大。在生产运行过程中,PX 装置极易产生火灾和爆炸等危害。列举了 PX 装置的易燃、易爆等危害特性,归纳了国内PX 装置发生事故的原因,从安全技术和安全管理两个 方面总结了防范PX 装置发生事故的管理方法,对进一步抓好PX 装置安全平稳生产,提出了有针对性 的防范措施。

Abstract: Paraxylene (PX) units have long been a concern because they involve more hazardous and toxic aromatics, and the impacts of a fire accident is relatively large. During production and operation, PX units are highly susceptible to fire and explosion hazards. This paper lists the characteristics of flammable and explosive hazards of PX units. It summarizes the causes of accidents in domestic PX units and the management methods to prevent accidents in PX units from such two aspects as safety technology and safety management. Then the paper proposes targeted preventive measures to further ensure the safe and smooth production of PX units.
