摘要: 随着石油工程建设规模的不断扩大和安全管理方式的升级,传统的安全监管方式已经无 法满足安全生产建设需要。针对石油工程建设企业安全管理的难点,提出对高风险区域实施全过程监 控的建议,即:一方面建立远程监控指挥系统,包括如领导驾驶舱、分包商管理、风险矩阵、安全培 训等模块,另一方面加强日常安全管理工作,提升施工现场综合安全管理水平。文章可为石油工程建 设安全生产风险智能管控提供新思路。

Abstract: With the continuous expansion of the scale of petroleum engineering construction and the upgrading of safety management methods, the traditional safety supervision methods cannot meet the needs of the construction of safety production. Aiming at the difficulties of safety management in petroleum engineering and construction enterprises, this paper proposes the implementation of whole-process monitoring of high-risk areas. On the one hand, it proposes to establish a remote monitoring and command system involving leading cockpit, subcontractor management, risk Matrix, safety training and other modules; on the other hand, it proposes to strengthen the daily safety management work, such as to enhance the comprehensive safety management level of construction site. The paper can provide a new idea for the intelligent management and control of safety production risk in petroleum engineering construction.
