高空作业防坠落生命绳的选用研究

摘要: 生命绳作为石油化工工程高处防坠落的安全措施,石化行业对于其使用规格、安装方法和安 全性能参数,没有统一规范标准。尤其是对生命绳的使用缺少具体技术要求,给现场应用带来安全隐患。 文章根据高空框架生命绳的安装和整体布局图纸建立几何模型。在计算的基础上实地搭设,模拟计算工况 条件进行承载能力和稳定性试验,得出各类生命绳不同尺寸规格、搭设方式、承载能力及有效性,为生命 绳在石化建设施工现场的合理搭设和安装提供依据。

Abstract: Life yarn is used as a safety measure to prevent falling from high places in petrochemical engineering. Currently, standard formulation and manufacturing process monitoring on the use specifications, installation methods and safety performance parameters of life yarn in national and petrochemical industry need to be further improved, especially the lack of specific technical requirements for the use of life yarn, which brings safety hazards to field application. This paper established a geometric model based on the installation of the high-altitude frame life yarn and the overall layout drawing. On the basis of calculation and on-site installation, the load-bearing capacity and stability tests were carried out by simulating and calculating the working conditions. And the effectiveness of various life yarns with different sizes, specifications, setting-up methods and load-bearing capacity was obtained. This provides a basis for the reasonable setting-up and installation of life yarns at the construction site of petrochemical construction.
