Abstract: With the implementation of the company’s strategic decision of“ three increases, two falls and two optimizations”, the unloading volume of light hydrocarbon vehicles has been increasing year by year, from 400,000 tons/year to 1 million tons/year. As a result, crane pipes are unable to receive systematic and comprehensive maintenance under the condition of long-term frequent work, and a certain amount of leakage often occurs. Through preventive maintenance, reducing the leakage rate of static sealing points, regularly changing the vulnerable parts of the loading and unloading crane pipes, the possibility of sudden leakage is reduced. The regular implementation of pressure resistance tests on metal hoses can identify hidden dangers early, improve the intrinsic safety of loading and unloading equipment and facilities and speed up unloading speed. Hence, efficient loading and unloading can be achieved.
