Abstract: In view of the HSE risk management and control work of contractors at construction sites, exploration and practice of risk early warning and prevention and control mechanism was promoted actively; quantitative assessment and accurate early warning of the HSE risk management and control status of the contractors at construction sites were carried out; the contractors were graded according to their HSE risk management and control abilities and differentiated and targeted HSE risk management and control were implemented. Accurate prevention and control was realized and it has achieved good results.
