摘要: 针对化学驱施工现场存在的HSE 隐患和风险,应用低压新型加药装置、电接点压力表和 压力变频器等安全环保性较高的装置,提高了调驱现场施工的自动化程度,减少了人与药剂、高压水 和用电器接触的机会,提高了施工安全系数,从本质上降低了HSE 风险,有力保证了化学驱施工安全 清洁高效运行。

Abstract: Aiming at the hidden dangers and risks of HSE in chemical flooding construction site, new low-pressure dosing device, electric contact pressure gauge and pressure converter which are of higher safety and environmental protection were applied. This improved the degree of automation in site construction of chemical flooding, reduced the chances of workers contacting agents, high-pressure water and electrical appliances, and improved the construction safety factor. This reduced the risks of HSE essentially and ensured the safe, clean and efficient operation of chemical flooding construction effectively.
