摘要: 污水零排放在煤化工行业中势在必行,膜处理工艺是煤化工污水零排放中一种比较成熟 的工艺,而膜污染是限制膜处理工艺的一个比较大的因素,合理的选择膜工艺前的预处理是减小膜污 染的有效途径。以某零排放煤化工污水回用处理为例,对双膜(超滤+ 反渗透)的预处理工艺进行分析, 探讨膜前预处理的选用。

Abstract: Zero sewage discharge is imperative in coal chemical industry. Membrane treatment process is a mature one in zero discharge of coal chemical wastewater. However, membrane fouling is a relatively main factor which restricts the application of membrane treatment process. Reasonable selection of pretreatment for membrane treatment is an effective way to reduce membrane fouling. Taking a coal chemical recycling water treatment as an example, this paper analyzes the pretreatment process of double membrane (ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis) and discusses the selection of membrane pretreatment process.
