炼油循环水水质提升优化

摘要: 某石化企业炼油循环水场由于长期频繁泄漏、设备老化等原因,造成循环水水质恶化, 为避免对生产装置换热器造成严重的影响,对循环水处理方案进行优化提升。通过实施新的药剂投加 方案,并合理控制排污量,将循环水系统中的浊度降至20 NTU 以下,总磷控制在7~9 mg/L 内,有效 提升了循环水水质,提高了循环水系统的运行管理水平。

Abstract: Due to frequent leakage and aging of the equipment, the quality of circulating water in a refinery circulating water plant of a petrochemical enterprise deteriorates. In order to avoid serious impacts on the heat exchanger of the production unit, the treatment scheme of circulating water is optimized and improved. The turbidity of the circulating water system is reduced to below 20 NTU and the total phosphorus is controlled in the range of 7-9 mg / L through implementing new dosing scheme and reasonable control of sewage discharge. The quality of the circulating water is improved effectively and the operation and management level of the circulating water system is strengthened.
