Abstract: Site management is an important part of business management. According to theoretical division of comprehensive management, different levels of 6S management indirectly determine the managers’ understanding of site management and also determine the level of comprehensive management. 6S management can create beautiful working environment, improve production efficiency, enhance work safety, and cultivate good working habits of enterprise employees. Through the detailed introduction of 6S management activities in Changqing Downhole Technical Operation Co., Ltd., this paper discusses the establishment, implementation, methods and procedures of 6S implementation system as well as putting into effect the improved office area and operation area by 6S management. Meanwhile, it also analyzes the resistance in the implementation process of 6S management and how to promote the management method effectively.
