Abstract: According to relevant laws and regulations of China, occupational health field investigation and occupational disease hazard factor test method are adopted to make a qualitative and quantitative evaluation on the occupational disease hazard factors, the level of occupational disease hazard exposure to workers, and the degree of occupational health impact on a tubing factory. The results show that the concentration (intensity) of occupational disease hazard factors exposed to various positions conforms to the national exposure limit values. The site selection and overall layout of the project, production technology and equipment layout, occupational disease prevention measures, emergency rescue measures, personal protection supplies, building hygiene, occupational health management and occupational health supervision and other aspects basically meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations of the country
