Abstract: Aiming at the current HSE problems and deficiencies in risk prevention and control work of oilfields, systematic hazard identification, risk evaluation and control model and methods were set up. According to two main aspects of risk control and prevention in production and management activities and operation activities, the problem that the current risk assessment results are not effectively combined with actual management application was solved. The accurate positioning and systematic prevention and control of HSE risks were achieved. This prevents and curbs production safety accidents effectively.
