摘要: 讨论了内浮顶油罐罐壁变形的原因,并依据相关规范制定修复方案,就如何处理修复过程中出现的问题进行较详细的说明。为保证油罐修复后安全使用,对油罐进行了严密性、稳定性试验及呼吸阀动作试验。针对如何保证内浮顶油罐安全运行,防止负压失稳变形,提出参考建议。

Abstract: This paper discusses the causes for the tank wall deformation of the inner floating roof tank. It sets up a repair plan according to the relevant specifications and presents a more detailed explanation on how to deal with the problems in the repair process. In order to ensure the safe use of the oil tank after repair, the paper carries out tightness test, stability test and breather valve operation test. It also proposes some suggestions on how to ensure the safe operation of the inner floating roof tank and prevent deformation caused by negative pressure instability.
