摘要: 在生产、加工、处理、存储、运输过程中,石油化工厂易产生爆炸性气体、粉尘,厂区大部分区域处于爆炸危险环境内,爆炸性气体、粉尘一旦遇雷电或火花会引起爆炸,造成设备损坏、生产停产,甚至人员伤亡。 因此正确、合理的防雷、接地设计对于厂区安全运行可起到至关重要的作用。从防雷、接地的基本概念入手,结合《建筑物防雷设计规范》(GB 50027—2010)和《石油化工装置防雷设计规范》(GB 50650—2011)论述某芳烃技改项目防雷、接地的具体做法。

Abstract: In the process of production, processing, treatment, storage and transportation, petrochemical plants are prone to produce explosive gases and dust. Most areas of the plant are in the dangerous environment of explosion. Therefore, correct and reasonable lightning protection and grounding design play a vital role in the safe operation of the plant area. This paper starts with the basic concepts of lightning protection and grounding, and discusses the specific methods for lightning protection and grounding of the aromatics technical reform project of a petrochemical plant in the light of Code for Design Protection of Structures against Lightning (GB50027-2010) and Code for Design Protection of Petrochemical Plant against Lightning (GB50650-2011).
