钐钴铵盐处理器在焦化分馏塔顶循系统防止铵盐结晶的应用

摘要: 中韩(武汉)石油化工有限公司 1# 焦化装置,设计加工负荷 100 万吨 / 年,以常减压渣油、催化油浆为主要加工原料,并回炼全厂重污油。分馏塔长时间运行导致顶循系统结盐严重,顶循系统管线、冷换设备及分馏塔顶塔盘、浮阀均出现不同程度的腐蚀。针对 1# 焦化装置顶循系统长期存在的铵盐结晶和腐蚀问题进行了研究,提出在顶循环回流泵后加装钐钴铵盐处理器对分馏塔顶循环油进行处理。结果表明,钐钴铵盐处理技术对分馏塔顶循系统,能有效的将顶循油中的铵盐转移到污水中,阻止了氯化铵铵盐在顶循系统中的结晶沉积,降低分馏塔顶部的腐蚀,延长装置稳定使用的周期。

Abstract: This paper studies the long-term ammonium salt crystallization and corrosion problems in the overhead circulation system of the No.1 coking unit at Sino-Korea (Wuhan) Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and proposes installing a samarium-cobalt ammonium salt processor after the overhead circulation reflux pump to treat the overhead circulating oil. The results show that this technology can effectively transfer ammonium salts from overhead oil to sewage, prevent ammonium chloride crystallization and deposition in the overhead system, reduce fractionator top corrosion, and extend the unit's stable operation cycle.
