浅析 Cl- 对金属软管的腐蚀原因及措施

摘要: 近年来随着码头进出厂重整料与石脑油的装卸频次不断加大,金属软管的泄漏频次也随之增加且腐蚀形态多以点蚀为主。据不完全统计,近 5 年来码头金属软管的泄漏大于 10 次,给临江安全生产造成极大隐患。经过现场判断以及实验数据分析判定 Cl- 在金属软管波谷处的积聚导致浓度上升是造成其腐蚀的主要原因。通过现场分析以及电化学实验、挂片实验等方式验证了 Cl- 浓度的增加使得金属软管发生腐蚀失效且腐蚀多发生在金属软管的波谷处。通过实验数据分析提出了对于金属软管的防腐措施、延缓其使用年限。

Abstract: In recent years, with the increasing loading and unloading frequency of reforming feedstock and naphtha at the terminal, leakage incidents of metal hoses have become more frequent and pitting corrosion is the predominant corrosion form. According to incomplete statistics, leakage of metal hoses at the terminal has exceeded 10 times in the past five years. This poses a significant safety hazard to production activities in riverside areas. Through on-site judgment and experimental data analysis, it is concluded that the accumulation of Cl- in the troughs of metal hoses leads to an increase in concentration, which is the main cause of corrosion. Through on-site analysis, electrochemical experiments and coupon tests, it is verified that the increase in Cl- concentration causes the corrosion failure of metal hoses and the corrosion mainly occurs in the troughs of metal hoses. Based on the experimental data analysis, anti-corrosion measures for metal hoses and methods to extend their service life are proposed.
