摘要: 含硫天然气生产现场常见阀门内漏,阀门内漏引起含硫天然气通过放空系统向大气冷放空排放或在检维修作业时发生安全事故,给企业安全生产带来了较大风险。分析阀门内漏产生的声波与超声波信号之间的关系,开展基于超声波阀门内漏检测技术现场应用。应用表明,基于超声波阀门内漏检测技术可有效识别出阀门内漏,对及时发现生产现场阀门内漏具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract: Sulfur-containing natural gas production sites often experience internal leakage of valves. Such leakage can lead to the cold venting of sulfur-containing natural gas into the atmosphere through the venting system or cause safety accidents during maintenance and repair operations, posing significant risks to the safe production of enterprises. By analyzing the relationship between the sound waves and ultrasonic signals generated by valve leakage, on-site application of ultrasonic valve leakage detection technology has been carried out. The application results show that the ultrasonic valve leakage detection technology can effectively identify valve leakage and has certain promotion and application value for the timely detection of valve leakage in production sites.
