摘要: 针对煤气化废水氟含量高,影响外排污水达标排放的问题,在明确控制指标、完成水质分析基础上,开展了活性氧化铝吸附、阳离子螯合树脂吸附以及除氟药剂混凝沉淀的除氟工艺对比。根据应用效果,进行了不同厂家药剂用量对除氟效果的条件优化试验,推荐了适用工艺,为煤气化废水预处理降低氟含量,满足外排污水达标排放提供了技术支持。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of effluent violating discharge standards due to the high fluorine content in coal gasification wastewater, this paper conducts a comparative analysis of the defluoridation technologies including activated alumina adsorption, cationic chelate resin adsorption, and defluoridation reagent coagulation and precipitation on the basis of clearly defined control indicators and comprehensive water quality analysis. According to the application results, the paper carries out the condition optimization experiments regarding different reagent dosages for fluoride removal and proposes appropriate technology. This provides technical support for reducing fluoride content in coal gasification wastewater pretreatment to achieve discharge in compliance with national standards?.
