绿电制氢配置优化模型研究

摘要: 氢能是一种来源丰富、应用广泛、绿色低碳的二次能源。新能源制氢是氢能清洁低碳发展的关键。不同于传统制氢项目,投资是影响绿电制氢项目经济性的关键,因此项目配置是绿电制氢项目的核心优化内容。将发电、制氢、储氢和送氢部分都纳入到模型中,并且将电力和氢气的调度也加入到模型中,实现绿电制氢配置最优化。本文研究的模型具有开放的、模块化的多能优化配置系统架构,可以针对不同应用场景进行拓展,为不同场景的绿电制氢项目的配置决策提供支持,对于“双碳”战略的实现具有重要意义。

Abstract: Hydrogen energy is a kind of secondary energy with abundant sources, wide application, green and low carbon emissions. Hydrogen production from renewable energy is the key to clean and low-carbon development of hydrogen energy. Different from traditional hydrogen production methods, investment stands as a pivotal factor influencing the economics of green hydrogen production projects, so project configuration is the core optimization content of green power hydrogen production method. In this paper, power generation, hydrogen production, hydrogen storage and hydrogen delivery are all included in the model, and the scheduling of electricity and hydrogen is also added to the model to optimize the configuration of green electricity for hydrogen production. The model in this paper has an open and modularized multi-energy optimized configuration system architecture, which can be expanded for different application scenarios. It provides support for configuration decisions of green power hydrogen production projects in different scenarios and is of critical importance to achieving the dual carbon goals.
