摘要: 在“双碳”政策下,炼化企业需要开辟绿色低碳的转型道路。捕集利用与封存( CCUS)技术可以帮助企业实现这一目标。选定了碳酸乙烯酯为目标产物的改造路线,通过活动水平与排放因子计算改造前后装置碳排放情况,并通过碳减排效果及碳减排项目经济性两方面进行分析,改造实现了碳减排,同时可以给企业带来一定的利润,为企业提供了转型升级发展思路。

Abstract: The "dual carbon" policy requires refining and chemical companies to pursue the path of green and low-carbon transition. Carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technology can help them to achieve this goal. This study selected ethylene carbonate as the target product for process retrofit. The carbon emissions of the facility before and after the retrofit were calculated using activity data and emission factors. This paper conducted an analysis from such two aspects as carbon emission reduction effectiveness and economic viability of the carbon mitigation project. This retrofit not only achieved carbon emission reduction, but also generated additional profits for enterprises, thereby providing a viable development strategy for corporate transformation and upgrading.
