双腐蚀交互作用对管道剩余强度的影响和分析

Influence and Analysis of Double Corrosion Interaction on Pipeline Residual Strength

摘要: 为分析内外双腐蚀缺陷之间交互作用对管道剩余强度的影响,通过有限元分析建立腐蚀缺陷的管道模型,分析不同缺陷长度、缺陷深度对极限轴向间距的影响,并对 ASME B31G 标准公式进行了系数修正。结果显示,内腐蚀较外腐蚀相比,对管道的危害更大;缺陷深度越深、缺陷长度越长,剩余强度受轴向间距的影响越小,极限轴向间距越大且极限轴向间距与 DNV PR-F101 标准中给出的计算结果差异较大;建立了适合双腐蚀缺陷的剩余强度计算方法,最大相对误差为 7.6%。研究结果可为管道运行方案的调整提供实际参考价值。

Abstract: To analyze the influence of the interaction between internal and external double corrosion defects on the residual strength of pipelines, a pipeline model of corrosion defects was established through finite element analysis. The influence of different defect lengths and defect depths on the limit axial spacing was analyzed and the coefficient of the ASME B31G standard formula was corrected. The results indicate that compared with external corrosion, internal corrosion poses a greater threat to pipelines. The deeper the defect depth and the longer the defect length, the less the residual strength is affected by the axial spacing, the larger the limit axial spacing, and the difference between the limit axial spacing and the calculation result given in the DNV PR-F101 standard is significant. A residual strength calculation method suitable for double corrosion defects was established, with a maximum relative error of 7.6%. The research results can provide practical reference value for the adjustment of pipeline operation plans.
