油田集输管道腐蚀原因分析及管控措施研究

摘要: 随着我国主力油气田进入开发中后期,集输管道系统面临日趋严峻的腐蚀挑战。管道腐蚀的复杂成因既包括输送条件及介质成分的作用,也包括土壤环境和材料劣化的多种因素耦合作用。通过系统分析油田集输管道腐蚀原因,提出全工况适配的防腐优化方案,实现管道全生命周期防护效能提升,为集输管道的安全经济运行提供理论支撑。

Abstract: As the main oil and gas fields in our country enter the middle and later stages of development, the gathering and transportation pipeline system is facing increasingly severe corrosion challenges. The complex causes of pipeline corrosion include not only the effects of transportation conditions and medium composition, but also the coupled effects of multiple factors covering soil environment and material deterioration. This paper systematically analyzes the corrosion causes of oilfield gathering and transportation pipelines and proposes an anti-corrosion optimization scheme adaptable to all working conditions, achieving improvement in the protection efficiency throughout the pipeline's lifecycle. The research provides theoretical support for the safe and economic operation of gathering and transportation pipelines.
