摘要: 随着环保要求的日益提高,尾气吸收塔在许多行业均得到应用。文中采用比较成熟的经验公式对环氧乙烷吸收塔的规格和主要工艺性能参数进行了系统的设计,虽然只是针对环氧乙烷尾气吸收塔的设计,但对含其他工艺介质的尾气吸收塔设计也具有一定的借鉴作用。

关键词: 尾气吸收塔, 塔径, 填料高度, 传质单元数, 传质单元高度

Abstract: With the increasing demand for environmental protection, exhaust gas absorption towers have been applied in various industries. This paper adopts well-established empirical formulas to systematically design the specifications and main process performance parameters of the ethylene oxide absorption tower. Although the study only focuses on the design of the ethylene oxide exhaust gas absorption tower, the methodology can also provide valuable reference for the design of exhaust gas absorption towers containing other process media.
